Song to listen to while reading this chapter: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UDS5HSr1B-I
So first off, we finally get an explanation of what Dangai Jōe is: it's the body of Kokujō Tengen Myō'ō without armor, which means it is only Reiatsu. This, I think, is pretty cool. Now we know it's an ability, for one, and the concept of armor being life is certainly interesting. On top of that, Bambietta can't seem to wrap her head around the fact that there's something she CAN'T blow up.
And then comes the big reveal of the chapter: right now, Komamura is straight-up immortal, so HA to all of you who said he wouldn't be in the fight for long. This certainly explains how he's fighting without a heart. On another layer, however, his explanation is cool in that it shows how dedicated he is: Komamura has thrown his life away to fight, and is perfectly accepting of the fact that he will die once he is no longer in his Human form. That's some awesome stuff right there.
And, of course, we end with the obligatory "powerful attack that the opponent will inevitably survive". Calling it now: next chapter we're gonna learn the name of Bambietta's Quincy: Vollständig.
Anyhow, I really did like this chapter. We finally know what Dangai Jōe is, we know how Komamura is fighting without a heart in his body, and we get an awesome and, to my knowledge, unique explanation for both.
Side-note: this blog has two names in the title because there seems to be a disagreement on the chapter title, which I'm guessing is in Japanese instead of English, between scanlation teams right now. I'll update it once Cnet comes out.
