Again sorry I am late, but hey real life comes first. Any before I review 271, I have big news! According to Warner Home Video (who distributes Viz's titles) Bleach: Hell Verse will be released on DVD and Blu-ray on December 4 (which also is the two-year anniversary of the film's release in Japan). Now review time!

I don't actually have too much to say on the episode. Stephanie was MUCH BETTER this week and I have forgiven her for her flub last week. However I was really surprised by Derek's performance as Uryū, this is been the best performance I have seen from him since season 3 with the Kurosuchi fight. Johnny was Badass as always and overall it was a good episode.

Final Rundown

  • Story 7/10
  • Art/Animation 10/10
  • Sound Effects 10/10
  • Script adaptation 9/10
  • Music 9/10
  • Acting 9/10

I give Bleach episode 271 an 9.2 out of 10.

Join me on Saturday when I review episode 272 dubbed, and please watch Bleach as it continues to lead the new Toonami.

Until next time! --LemursYou are about to enter the Twlight Zone  20:46,9/20/2012  20:46, September 20, 2012 (UTC)
