Happy New Year to everyone! I am back from a two-week hiatus, and a I had a wonder break. I went to Disney World over the holidays and I had a wonderful time. Gin Ichimaru is part of a new exhibit at Epcot titled "Spirited Beasts: From Ancient Stories to Anime Stars," and he is featured in the Kitsune section (someone at Disney got the whole Gin "Fox-Face" Thing). Plus I met 4 people (3 from Japan, and two were employees from Japan and were surprised to hear how popular Bleach is in the States) who were Bleach fans and 1 employee I got into a five minute conversation about Bleach. I got to swim with sharks, fish, and turtles, and many other interesting things, and sometimes I walked at least 12 hours a day! How I did not end up in a wheel-chair by the end of it is a miracle! Also, every time I go to Disney World, I get lost around Space Mountain, and of course this time I got lost there at 1:30 in the morning, but I was laughing like a complete idiot out of pure exhaustion. I actually had to call someone to come find me because I was laughing so hard, and I couldn't move! Plus I was laughing at some college guys commentary about Splash Mountain.

So, I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday. Now on with the review!

I decided that I would split the review into two parts. One for the New Year's celebrations in Soul Society, and one for Karakura Town.

Review for Soul Society

First of all when you see Toshiro's disgust face you know some s%^t is about to go down!

When he makes this face, you know some s%^t is about to go down!

Plus I think Suì-Fēng has some issues. Her obsessiveness of Yoruichi is always good for a laugh.

You would really think that Ikkaku and Yumichika after all the time they have spent with Rangiku that they would be used to her antics. As shocked as Toshiro looks he's giving me the "I deal with her everyday, so I'm kinda use to this" look.

Plus what the hell has Mayuri taught this girl!!!! Poor Toshiro is always setting himself up! I thought the whole feminist thing was humorous. I always forget how tall Isane is, and this is the first time you can really see how tall she is (and for anyone who does not know her height, Isane is 6'1½"). I also love Toshiro "uh...what.." face.

Oh You Have Got To Be F$%ing Kidding Me!

I start to feel bad for Ikkaku and all the bald jokes and gets ejected, come on Yachiru give the guy a break! KAWAIIIIIIIIIIIIII!!!!! KOMAMURA WITH RABBIT EARS IS JUST TOO DAMN CUTE!!!! Poor HISAGI!!!! I love the subtitle that says that LT. Hisagi temporarily exits due to injuries! Plus the banter between Izuru and Rangiku about the effects of her "assets" on Hisagi, is one for the books! After this all Hell breaks loose! Poor Hisagi!!!! The guy DOES NOT Deserve this! I love when Toshiro asks Izuru " are you an idiot?" after Izura is convinced that there was a decoy card. Plus it isn't a Bleach filler unless a building blows up under WTF circumstances. A Bleach filler without atleast one explosion is like a Michael Bay film without explosions and breasts, it's nonexistent! Plus all Toshiro wanted to say was Happy New Year to Rangiku and the poor guys is blown up!

Review for Karakura New Year

This part of the episode was one of those AWWWW Moments. I really feel bad for Orihime here. I mean she does not really have anyone to celebrate the New Year with, and she does not want to intrude on her friend's and their family's holiday. I found really odd and funny at the same time how the Ishida's spend time together. Poor Renji having a hangover is funny, but it only gets worse for the poor guy. Instead of Orihime being lonely, Rukia ensures that she has a very Happy New Year. I also thought that Yuki Matsuoka gave a very heartfelt performance, in my opinion, this was one of her better performances of Orihime. I still slightly prefer Stephanie Sheh as Orihime, because Sheh in her acting is more consistent than Yuki and Sheh's personality and voice, I think fit Orihime' character a lot more. This is without a doubt the most epic Rukia line EVER! "You, suck Renji." That is the line that many anti-Renji fans (which I am not) were waiting for years. The next part gets to me. Orihime and Rukia are wearing the same kimono's from the New Year's Spread! I love when Renji realizes that he has kind of been a selfish a#$ and has a change of heart. I love we get a classic Nakama moment that just makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

I loved the Omake, Poor Kisuke and Yoruichi of course they have birthdays on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, and everyone forgets that because of all the partying. Well, atleast they have each other!

I can't wait for next week!!!! The rumors have been going for month's and it appears that the rumors are true!!! I don't want to spoil it for anyone so join me next week as I review Bleach 304. --Lemursrule (talk) 06:48, January 5, 2011 (UTC)
