Hey Bleach fans it's Tuesday, which means it's Bleach time. Honestly I don't have much to say about this episode, because story wise nothing really happened. The episode was still good, but nothing to glorify or brag about. The animation was excellent and other than one or two "meh" shots, this week's animation was definitely on par with last week's animation.
The acting was excellent and Morita gave another fantastic performance as well as the rest of the cast. The acting felt "real" and did not seem too over the top, which in all honesty in both sub and dub happens occasionally.
The music selection and music cuts were very appropriate. However, when we get out of "Studio Pierrot's Craptastical World of Filler" (which we all know is coming), Shiro Sagisu needs to write new music for the show, because I am really getting tired of hearing tracks from past osts. It will be the final arc, its the least they can do.
Speaking of final arcs, whenever the anime gets to that point, I hope Pierrot has learned to handle filler better than the past few arcs. What I really hated about the Arrancar arc was it was always "stop go, stop go," and I hope from what Pierrot has shown this arc, we will not get a huge dumping of filler arcs disrupting canon.
The omake was okay and overall the episode was decent.
- Story 7/10
- Art/Animation 9/10
- Sound Effects 10/10
- Music 10/10
- Acting 10/10
- Omake 6/10
