BLEACH 333 Review: RAGE!

Hello Bleach fans I'm sorry the review is late. I had a very eventful day yesterday. I got into the beta of Pottermore, I was invited to breakfast by my boss (business meeting), and I got Soul Resureccion (the review will be up in a few days). I was out by 10 pm, and the last time that I can't recall. Plus I have relatives in town, so again sorry about that. Plus, I loved the chapter, hopefully fans will stop complaining...HAHAHAHAHA! Who am I kidding! Now with all of my personal satisfaction out of the way, let's begin. Godisme the following "review" is for you.

This episode had it's moments, but again it really was not a good episode. My main issue is Inaba, but I will get to him later. On the plus side, Nozomi was...actually useful! What's next, the second coming of Christ? I have no problem was Nozomi's Zanpakutō, because it is a simple, but effective (in theory) ability. Her Zanpakutō has been the least of this arc's problems. The animation was a lot better than last week's episode, so I guess that is a plus too.

Now, Inaba...WHAT THE HELL! HOW DID HE SURVIVE! THAT HAS TO BE THE LAZIEST WRITING I HAVE SEEN IN A LONG TIME! IT WAS COMPLETE AND UTTER BS! Inaba is...A TROLL, YES I SAID IT! TROLL, TROLL, TROLL! He makes Aizen look like a well power balanced character. How...HOW DID HIS ZANPAKUTO SUDDENLY GET THE ABILITY TO CHANGE IT'S TYPE! HE SHOULD NOT HAVE SURVIVED THE COMBINED ATTACK. Ryūjin Jakka is the most powerful Zanpakutō, even Aizen needed help againist it...AIZEN! The guy who believes he is the all mighty powerful god of everything, could not do it by himself. SO WHAT GIVES THIS GUY THE RIGHT TO STOP Ryūjin Jakka, Tensa Zangetsu, and Arazome Shigure with SHIKAI!!! NO, NO, NO! I know the soul society can be incompetent sometimes, but my god, the anime has it to the point "Well Everybody, its Tuesday about time we had an invasion." The anime has completed negated the difficulty and the scariness of the SS arc. Ichigo at his friends were almost killed by the cleaner, and isn't ironic that every single filler arc has some sort of invasion of SS, by some odd method. In the manga we have not really seen SS since late 2005, so the SS arcs own popularity has been it's downfall to an extent. Let us remember that Aizen essentially took over the government, faked his own death, and killed hundreds of people almost single handedly. All Gin and Tōsen did was make sure nothing went wrong. I MEAN THAT IS FRICKIN SCARY! This makes all of Aizen's achievements look like nothing.

The first 15 minutes were ok, but the last 6 minutes just ruined it for me! I am so glad the anime is returning to canon in a few weeks, because despite my normal positive outlook, I can honestly say this arc has become a complete disappointment. It has not been horrible, but it could and should be so much better.

Final Rundown

  • Story 5/10
  • Art/Animation 8/10
  • Sound Effects 10/10
  • Music 9/10
  • Acting 8/10
  • Omake 5/10

I give Bleach episode 333 a 7.5 out of 10. Remember to join me next Tuesday when I review Bleach episode 334, and join me on this Saturday when I review Bleach 216 dubbed.

Until next time! --Lemursrule (talk) 20:19, August 3, 2011 (UTC)
