While its been established that Ichigo's Mum is a Quincy (and a rather accomplished one too), it would stand to reason that Ichigo, himself, has some sort of latent Quincy powers. However, this is not the case at all, up to now.
However, heres a few questions raised.
Haschwalth was a Quincy who didn't have powers as a child, however, it was revealed that he was "the Quincy born every 200 years who shared his ability to empower others."
Way back in the early days of Bleach, when the Quincy were first introduced, Tessai stated that they died "200 years ago".
And this is where we get back to the question of Ichigo. Basically born 200 years after the wiping out of the Quincy, Ichigo is someone who has Quincy blut running through his veins, however, has shown no inclination of Quincy prowess. What if Ichigo is basically the next generation of Haschwalth, who, himself, was basically the second coming of Ywhach.
We've already seen how Chad and Orihime's powers were awakened from being around Ichigo (yes, Chad's powers are later explained away as Fullbring, but I'll get to that). Tatsuki, Mizuiro, Keigo, and even Karin also developed powers, albeit to a later extent.
This wouldn't have been Shinigami powers leaking out and giving them their various requirements, as basically Shinigami are always around (Supposedly) anyway, not to mention Dad/Urahara/Tessai probably would be leaking out powers to other people as well, so, can it be explained away as Ichigo's latent incomplete Quincy path?
Going back to Chad, yes, he was called a Fullbringer, but, is it truly a Fullbring? Or did what he have come from being around Ichigo?
