Greetings, my friends. The subject I'd like to raise for discussion is Aizen's Zanpakutō and its current state in terms of the current manga events. As I'm sure we all know, Aizen's Zanpakutō was/is Kyōka Suigetsu, and, as I'm sure the majority of us will know, Aizen's Zanpakutō disintegrates upon his survival of Saigo no Getsuga Tenshō. Now, we know that a Shinigami's Zanpakutō is essentially an extension of the Shinigami's soul, having began as an Asauchi which then bonded with its user's spiritual power. Thinking along these lines, with reference to recent events in the manga: Yhwach pays Aizen a visit in Muken, beneath the 1st division HQ, which he promptly destroys. Upon Yhwach's realization that his time outside of the Schatten Bereich has come to an end, he notes that the reason he failed to notice this beforehand was due to merely being in Aizen's presence, which caused his senses to dull in some way. What I would like to discuss here is how exactly Aizen had this effect on Yhwach, taking into consideration what we know about the Zanpakutō and the fact that Aizen's appears to have been destroyed. If I am missing any important piece of information, please enlighten me. And also, this is my very first blog post as a user of this wiki, so any advice would be appreciated. Do tell me if I've made any errors in the creation of this post. Thank you. --Caesarea37 (talk) 18:56, March 19, 2013 (UTC)
