I am Salubri. I have been a fan of Bleach manga/anime since 2006. I am really particular about the Manga I read and the anime I watch. My all time favorites being (Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Inuyasha, Trigun, Witch Hunter Robin, Hellsing, Code Geuss, Ronin Warriors, Darker than Black, The Breaker, The Breaker: New Waves, Toaru Majutsu no Index, D. Gray Man & Fairy Tail). When I first saw Bleach I was hooked, more than any other series I really enjoyed this one. While I frequent other sights this one is the only one I call home. Bleach has great Characters, Concepts, Abilities, Fights, Storylines and Quotes are all things that I have enjoyed about the series. Out of all the Plot lines the Soul Society Arc was my favorite. I am and administrator and bureaucrat for the site and founder of the Fight Summary Project.
My process for editing is pretty basic. I'm very mindful of the character profiles, I'm usually tweaking and correcting them. Maintaining the integrity of the articles is key and it is everyone's job to make sure that the articles are up to par with the best standards, by providing the most accurate information provided by Tite Kubo. I try to keep the articles free of speculation, vandalism, and constantly updated to keep them current and accurate. The biggest issue is the speculation. I find that if speculation is from information that is already stated within the material than its all well in good to speculate as you so please. What errks me to know end is when people call its speculation when its really just bleach material used for fan fiction. Then there's the whole issue of people who state opinions as if they were facts when there is no evidence to support it or users who feel that their opinion should dictate the site rather than the policies. Other then that I am willing to help when I can and if there is an issue I am more then willing to have an "adult" conversation about it.
I do alot of code writing mostly learn as you go type of stuff and a alot of the structure and organization on the site. I have created about 99% of the templates and article formats on the site.
I am really big on the Powers and Abilities section which I originally put together from scratch alot of the time on the vast majority of profiles. What I like most is people who contribute, detailed factual information, and those who constantly do grammar and spelling error checks. Easy to get along with and hopefully someone with an great understanding of the Japanese language.
