Hello, I am Godisme, a user around many wikis on Wikia.
Who Am I? Edit
I am an editor on many wikis, regularly editing only a few though. I can regularly be found on my home Bleach Wiki or it's corresponding Answer's site where I am an administrator. I am a big fan of the bleach series and run the Policy & Standards Committee, a group of users on Bleach Wiki with rollback tasked with doing most of the small day to day maintenance work and working on the various projects. The majority of my time is dedicated to that wiki and the associated answers site. I am an administrator over on the answers site and can help answer any questions you may have about the Bleach universe.

| Hello, I am Godisme. Before you ask, the name is a reference to my favorite character, Aizen. I am a member of the Policy and Standards Committee here on Bleach Wiki. I am a huge Bleach fan which stemmed from accidentally seeing it on Adult Swim one night. I was bored and there was nothing on tv so I changed it to Adult Swim and found I actually started liking Bleach. I watched for the rest of the summer then until they stopped showing new episodes and immediately went to youtube to watch the rest of the japanese episodes. I actually did not start reading the manga until the anime got to the turn back the pendulum arc. I got curious and read all the chapters past then. I then went back and read the series from the beginning because of how much I loved it. I went from being an anime only guy to a manga lover. You can see my thoughts each week on the latest chapter in my weekly blogs (shameless plug I know but it needed to be done).

| Favorite Characters

| My favorite character in Bleach. I miss the old Aizen. The man was amazing. Yes, he was insanely powerful even then but his main skill was his intellect. He could pick up on his opponent's insecurities and use them against them. He could deduce his opponent's abilities and he always had a logical solution to everything. He was so different than every other character in Bleach. The others always battled on strength and wanted more strength. Aizen rarely used his strength, he just used his mind and that was more than enough. He could pick out his opponents insecurities and shut them down with them. He got into people's heads and tortured them. So awesome.

| One of the comic greats out there. I love to laugh and that is one of the things I love so much about Bleach. It always keeps me laughing. Urahra is always entertaining and for a while I did not think of him as anything other than a funny guy who always wears a hat and clogs. Then I started to see the mystery around him. So much has been revealed about him now but I feel there is still something about him that we do not know. Also, he is crazy powerful. He is the smartest man in Bleach and has so many abilities with his Zanpakutō that always keep you guessing. I really like the guy and really want to see this mysterious Bankai of his.

| Ah Isshin. Another of the comic greats. Isshin is the main man when it comes to comic relief. I didn't really pay too much attention to him until we found out he was a Shinigami. That made my day. Isshin has some of the best moments in Bleach and to top it off, he is incredibly powerful. He pushed Aizen to his limits before he became Pseudo-Aizen. His fighting style also adds to his comedy though with the infamous middle finger flick. I can't get enough Isshin.

| Shunsui is just awesome. He is hilarious, drinks too much and on top of that is super strong. In case you have not noticed yet, I like the really strong, funny characters. Shunsui hates battle but is so good at it. One of my favorite scenes is when he is making his grand entrance in front of Sado with the rose petals and He yells to Nanao to stop but they all fall on him then. It was so great and made me doubt him but it is clear that he is superbly strong.

| What is there not to like about Yoruichi. She is funny, superbly strong and is my pick for the hottest woman in Bleach. The scene where Ichigo finds out that the cat that has been guiding them is actually a woman is priceless. Yoruichi's propensity to get naked provides for some good laughs such as in the preview for Episode 301, she proposes she gets naked to distract Aizen. She is also very serious though, she is tough and is an excellent fighter. I would like to see her Zanpakutō.

| I really liked Kugo. Kugo under Tsukishima's influence I think was a really good character. He was loyal, strong willed, an yes, hilarious at moments like the rest of my favorite characters. I really think Kubo made a bad move by making him the villain. Kugo as a villain was cheesy and died too fast. Kugo as the good guy however was great. He is the kind of character I wish would have stayed around for the rest of the series.

| Least Favorite Characters

| This one mostly have to do with the fans. Hollow Ichigo himself is not great in my opinion but not bad either. The fans of him however go crazy for him. I really didn't start to dislike him until Ichigo lost his powers and then I saw every Hollow Ichigo fanatic coming up with crack theories as to how Hollow Ichigo could still be a part of Ichigo. It got ridiculous and I found myself wanting the guy to just go away forever so I could laugh at all the fans who would probably protest Bleach at that point. I am just strange like that though.

| My absolute least favorite character. Initially I thought his fans were not crazy but I was proven wrong by the endless amounts of crazy fans who believe Ulquiorra was the strongest Espada and the strongest Arrancar ever and this was objective fact despite not being stated anywhere.My main problem though was Ulquiorra to me was just so dead there was nothing about him I found I could like. He was lacking any form of personality and for being a major character, his change did not come until he was dying which is bad Hollywood style writing. Every writing class I have ever taken says avoid having your characters make a big change during their death sequence, its cheesy. Ulquiorra goes from completely lacking in any kind of emotion to suddenly, "Oh, perhaps this is what a heart is". No, its not believable.

| My problem with Gin is his potential. Gin had the potential to be one of the best characters in Bleach. He had this great mysterious personality, that ever present grin and some great lines. However he was very underdeveloped up until he died. His background was explored for pretty much all of 3 frames. He was never given any motive until his death. We never had what makes him tick. Also, I loved that he tried to kill Aizen but that was never even slightly hinted at. Foreshadowing is such a common thing in literature because of how effective it is. If Gin's betrayal was foreshadowed it would have been much better than just coming out of the blue. So yeah, that is my problem with Gin.
