Added by The Shadow DragonThe Official Captain's Guide to Gotei 13 Cleaning is a short omake released alongside Chapter 431 for the celebration of New Year 2011. It was animated as part of the Shinigami Illustrated Picture Book of Episode 314.
Summary
It involves a notification to the captains saying that Bankai is prohibited from being used when moving large things, when something embarrassing is found, and when chewing out subordinates who are slacking off. Kokujō Tengen Myō'ō, Konjiki Ashisogi Jizō, and Daiguren Hyōrinmaru are seen being used as examples of each of these respectively. It also tells of a leftover doodle that Rukia Kuchiki made which was found in Ichigo Kurosaki's house.
