Chapter 612 refers to her as Squad 5's Captain. Arawn 999 (talk) 22:45, January 22, 2015 (UTC)

We are aware. It is more than likely a typo or mistake on the translator's part. Mohrpheus (Talk) 22:54, January 22, 2015 (UTC)

Kidō Master[]

This may have been mentioned before but there's a case to change her status from Expert to Master. Both the bootleg (page 91) and the SOULS databook (page 131) describe her as a Master of Kidō, whilst Hitsugaya states as much as well. Izuru's mention of her being exceptional also lends weight. Looks like there was, uh, almost a decade ago and then a couple years after that. It seems the consensus is/was that while she's most certainly proficient, everyone else we classify as a master has done way more impressive stuff, like creating their own spells and going into the 80s/90s while fighting, and I don't if she's done anything since those two discussions that would prove worthy of bumping her up.--Xilinoc (talk) 15:44, June 2, 2019 (UTC)
My bad; I didn't look at the archive. Regardless, given the evidence, I feel her skills are being undersold. The SOULS databook further states her mastery of Kidō: page 164: "Momo is a master of Kidō and has escaped by opening a giant hole in her cell..., which is shown in Chapter 129. So that's two sources from the SOULS databook, one from the bootleg, and one from Hitsugaya himself stating that she's a Kidō Master. There's also a reference from Izuru stating that she's exceptional, whilst in the same breathe pointing out that she managed to hide her spiritual power. And all these references are just from the Soul Society arc. I feel there's enough evidence in her favour to be listed as a Master. Kenji-Taichō (Talk) 21:05, June 2, 2019 (UTC)
