Palma Plancha (鉄甲掌 (パルマ・プランチャ), paruma purancha; Spanish for "Palm Sheet", Japanese for "Iron Shell Palm") is a technique used by the Arrancar, Edrad Liones.[1]

Description
In addition to the Hierro that protects his body, Edrad possesses a technique that accumulates Reiatsu around his hands in the form of a visible aura, in order to drastically augment the power of his physical attacks.[1] The offensive power of each strike is considerable, with just a glancing blow being able to dislodge a couple of Ikkaku Madarame's teeth, whilst another inflicted massive damage to a road's surface with ease.[2]
Trivia
- The Arrancar, Demoura Zodd possesses a similar ability that instead collects Reishi in his hands and then fires them outwards, in order to enhance the power of his physical attacks. However, it is unknown if the two techniques are somehow related.[3]
