What are the duties of the kido corps? What we know is that they take people who excel in kido from the shinigami academy and then train them in secret. They are only seen opening the gates to the dimensions as an actual official duty but that cant be all. The Kido Captain is on par with a Gotei 13 captain yet he is never seen, and its apparently not uncommon for his to be reclusive. There just has to be more to it then what we know, it would make no sense to have a corps to train people in kido for just opening gateways. Another question is who replaced Tessai and where are the kido corps now in the war?Salubri 20:26, 11 April 2009 (UTC)

Check that info. Aizen was never in the Kido Corps and at the time Tessai left he was lt. of the 5th division. I was just asking a question that we should know more. Salubri 06:29, 10 June 2009 (UTC)
