I was on this forum the other day and I noticed they had this thread where guys would post funny anime and manga screen captures. These are usually unusually drawn images in the anime or an error in the manga. An example I am talking about is the Six rod prison that was used by Urahara. It had 7 Rods, Or when Ichigo transformed into a Vizard for the first time in front of Grimmjow. He first went to Bankai, then he summoned his mask in Shikai and then went back to Bankai after summoning his mask. You could call these Inconsistencies in chapters or in the character's trivia.
