If Urahara said that the Hgyoku doesn't recognize Aizen as it's master then couldn't they have seperated it from Aizen then kill him as i assume with the Hgyoku removed he'd lose his immortality. Also, was it really neccesary for Ichigo to go that far with his power? I'd assume that his hollow form would be enough. One last thing, what did Aizen do to Rangiku basically? I know he hurt her.
