Higa Zekkō (狒牙絶咬, Bite of a Broken Baboon's Fang; Viz "Baboon Fang Bite") is a technique of Renji Abarai's Zanpakutō, Zabimaru.
Description[]
Levitating the disconnected segments of Zabimaru into the air with his Reiryoku, Renji executes a one-shot omnidirectional attack. He states this is damaging to Zabimaru and leaves him defenseless,[1] and 6th Division Captain Byakuya Kuchiki reveals using this technique will prevent him from reactivating his Shikai for an unspecified duration.[2]

Renji uses the enhanced version of Higa Zekkō.
- Enhanced Higa Zekkō: While wielding his former Bankai, Hihiō Zabimaru, Renji can perform a much more powerful version of this technique where the segments of Hihiō Zabimaru detach, glow, and sharpen using spiritual energy. After surrounding the opponent, they execute an omnidirectional attack, after which Hihiō Zabimaru reconstitutes itself.[3]
