Picture Change Guidelines

As per the Image Policy, nominate and discuss changes to the profile pictures of the character articles here and only here. The typical requirements for a profile picture are that it shows the character facing forward, in their typical attire and should not be battle-worn. They should be centered, have good lighting, and be of good quality. Candidates also must have valid and complete {{fair use}} and {{fair use rationale}} templates attached to them or else they will be rejected.

Only one "Support" vote per user. Votes will be open only for a week of the initial pic being placed. At the end of the week the highest rated pic will win. If no pick is a clear winner, than an admin with pick the pic. If another pic is brought up after the picture is picked then the voting begins again with the pic that has already been picked and the new pic or pics.

Rangiku Time skip image proposal

Okay this is the best shot I could find of her. I used a little photoshopery and removed the bubbles and added the sleeve back in. I also highlighted the eyes a bit. I am hesitant about the idea of using "touched up" pictures, but I don't find it objectionable otherwise. We don't exactly have a suitable substitute, unless the same edits can be applied to a scanlated copy. Mohrpheus (Talk) 18:12, January 31, 2013 (UTC)

To be honest Rangiku has not been seen in a meaningful way in this arc yet and i know we could use this pic until another comes along, but it really looks bad as in she looks like she has just been had a serious trauma take place in her life instead of looking even partly normal as she does in the pic we currently use. I know this is a horrible picture but other that the dramatic eye from the Lts. Meeting this is the only close up we have of her in this arc. Hollow Ichigo

But, sans the expression on her face, this meets our requirements much more than the current one does. Additionally, I think this is the best we're going to get from her anyway.
