Apparently How to vote isn't clear. Everyone is asked to check the Voting Policy before engaging in votes. It is obvious some will engage in voting only to vote for the favorite character. That is not a Valid vote. Voting on what information is in the featured articles (i.e. voting because a character has revealed their Bankai or backstory), is not a Valid reason. Votes should be based on the quality of the article (i.e. nicely organized, in-depth information, properly referenced, free of speculation, decent grammar). Voting for an article obviously flawed and claiming it is better than one that doesn't suffer the same issue is not a valid vote, that is voting for more preferred character again.

1. Support - I think my vote is a bit biased considering how much I worked on his article the past week, but after the text reduction and adding the pictures, I think Ishida's article is very well balanced. It was already very well referenced and the P&A section is very complete and detailed, as well as his Equipment section. It's overall a very good article. And Ishida rarely gets any screentime, so it's amazing to see how much he has developped in the past 17 months and the kind of responsibilities he has taken over the past months. --Lia Schiffer (Talk) 04:39, November 26, 2010 (UTC)
2. Support - As a great character of the series, I didn't feel he'd had the recognition he'd deserved and this was in part because his article had been neglected in favour of newer "cooler" characters of the series especially after the standards bar of our articles became raised greatly (A fate that also befell such articles as Orihime's)!! But this week, Lia has done great work to Uryu's article, something I was going to look into after finishing Orihime's so saved me the trouble and it looks all the better for it!! Great work, worthy of the Featured post this month!! Its an added bonus that it's someone new as well!! SunXia ^(talk) 06:21, November 26, 2010 (UTC)
