A bureaucrat is a user similar to an administrator, but they have a few more abilities, including:
- The ability to grant and revoke rollback rights
- The ability to grant and revoke administrator status
- The ability to grant, but not revoke bureaucrat status
The "founder" of a wiki automatically is granted administratorship and bureaucratship. The founder of this wiki was a bureaucrat. To become a bureaucrat, you must be granted bureaucratship by another bureaucrat.
